  • How do I create the best ambiance?
    To create the best ambiance, find the perfect spot for your candles and experiment with placement. Keep the candles at least 6 feet away for an authentic ambiance.
  • What should I do if my candles are not working properly?
    First, try replacing the batteries with high-quality alkaline ones. Make sure to leave the batteries out for 10 seconds before putting in new batteries. If issues persist, send us your order ID and shipping details at support@simplycollected.com for further assistance.
  • What should I do if my candles are flickering erratically, dim, or have a color mismatch?
    Send our team detailed information, images, and videos for troubleshooting. We may provide replacements from storage if needed. You can contact us at support@simplycollected.com
  • What should I do if my timer is not working?
    Check and replace the batteries with high-quality alkaline ones. Reset the candle by leaving the batteries out for 10 seconds. If issues persist, provide your order ID and shipping details to our team for further assistance. You can contact us at support@simplycollected.com
  • What should I do if my remote is not working?
    Try removing and reinserting the batteries to reset the candle. If issues persist, provide your order ID and shipping details to our team at support@simplycollected.com for further assistance.
  • What should I do if my candle randomly comes on?
    Check for nearby interference (TV, remote signals). Move the candle to another area to test for interference. You can also try new batteries or change them to high-quality alkaline.
  • Where can I purchase Simply Collected candles?
    Currently the candles can be purchased via our online shop or on Amazon.
  • Candle Care & Instructions
    1. Turn the candle over and open the battery cover. 2. Insert two (2) C batteries into the battery compartment. Mind the +/- polarity. 3. To turn the candle on, slide the power lever on the bottom of the candle over to the “MANUAL ON” position. 4. To set the timer, slide the power lever on the bottom of the candle over to the “4 HRS TIMER” position. With this, the candle will stay ON for 4 hours. After the runtime of 4 hours the candle will automatically turn o for 20 hours. After 20 hours o, the candle will automatically turn on again for 4 hours.... this will repeat every day! 5. To reset the timer, slide the power lever to the entered “OFF” position and then slide back to “4 HRS TIMER” when you’d like to start the 4 hours run time.
  • Why is the remote sold separately?
    We hear you, but reducing waste is a core value. Most customers purchase multiple candles so we provide the remote separately to avoid the extra remotes from the landfill. We offer discounts and bundles!
  • What kind of batteries do I need, and how long do they last?
    Our candles require 2 'C' batteries (not included). Use high-quality alkaline batteries for optimal performance of 800-hour run time. Our candles run for longer periods with fewer battery changes, making them a cost-effective choice for your home.
  • How do I set up a multi-candle system? If I get multiple candles, will they work with 1 remote?
    Yes, with just one remote, you can turn all your candles on/off simultaneously. This is why the remote is sold separately and why we offer discounts and bundles!
  • Shipping Policy
    All items are sent within 48 hours of order receipt and in most cases, the next working day if the order is received before 4pm Monday to Friday.
  • Return & Exchange Policy
    We are happy to provide a refund provided that the original product is returned to us unopened and unused and not damaged, in its original packaging. Please note that postage charges will not be refunded. Where a refund is requested, this will be processed via same tender as original purchase. If a credit or debit card was used for purchase, then the same card details must be provided to receive the refund. Refunds cannot be processed without proof of damaged goods. Exchanges can be requested; however postal charges will apply. For an exchange to be offered, the original product must be returned to us unopened and unused and not damaged, in its original packaging.

This is in order to allow us to contact you to both confirm your order and provide communications regarding your order; for example, should there be an issue with fulfilment for any reason.
